Spirit Quest

Thank you for the Spirit quest program. I wanted to share the insights I gained in the Discourse on MONEY!!! I guess that gives it away. The exclamation point that is. I consider myself a spiritual being living and adapting to an overly materialistic world. In a way materialism is part of our being. We possess our body and organs so life as we know it is biased towards materialism. I appreciated that you where not resisting or resenting money during your presentation. You where reflecting that like everything else in life it is what you do with it that makes the difference. I think at a certain stage most humans get to a point they believe that they either have it or don't and then they hopefully realize that with it or with out they can live the life they seek. Most of life is window covering. All the things we exaggerate need for are dependencies that we are exposed to, create, adopt and become hooked on. They exist because we chose the degree that they are a part of our lives. So how can a spiritual being make friends with money since most human beings would actually, admittedly or not, like to have a lot of money and want all the luxury and freedom that goes with it? That is why the lotteries all around the world are so huge. Every one of those millions of tickets represents at least a few hundred thousand human beings and millions of their dreams. You can get what you seek. If you don't have something material that you really want it is very likely that you really truly don't want it. It may be good to have, nice to have but not a must have for you. So if you struggle with it just start getting to know yourself better and be around people that are like minded. Even someone with G5 Private jet may feel inferior or that they lack something when it is parked next to a private 747.

First, let’s focus on the idea that money is good but our impression of it or people who have it is not very good. Most people don't regularly meet many people that accumulated exuberant amounts of wealth that they truly respect. Another pain point for money is having it is too much trouble. You have people chasing you to invest it, spend it, rob it, gamble it or loose it. One of the unpleasant experiences you can have with your money is managing it and not letting it manage you. Most people have a love/hate and dysfunctional relationship with their money and their money manager. One of the pain points are when you have to deal with a mostly sales oriented and artificial money management world. That world is filled with mostly self serving people and entities that are just gaining peoples trust to prey on them. They befriend clients, gain their trust and cover the facts in six feet of fine print. They make people think it is ok for them to make more money on their client’s money than the clients themselves. People have surrendered to the way the industry churns and burns them. It is most hurtful when they want to stay in the relationship just because they have known the person for so long or that they are concerned about how their advisor would feel no matter how brutally they are being preyed on. Its only money after all! Is it! Wow. Those types of people are usually the kindest and most vulnerable. But they are choosing to stay in a co dependent, predatory and abusive relationship that they do know how to leave. So those of us that have our hearts in this industry need to earn our keep by continuing to do what we truly believe and are dedicated to and not worrying about saving every single person. Only save those that want to be saved. We need to do this in the most sincere matter and not get disappointed when people don't believe us and want to stay in a dysfunctional, predatory financial environment. We need learn from the rejection, doubt and reluctance we sometimes face and not try to save or savor it or wallow in it. Also, we need to learn that you can't save the people that don't want to be saved. How interesting. I guess faith and belief plays out in a similar way no matter whether you go to a church, mosque, temple, synagogue, nature or shrine. “YOU GO”. Nobody can drag you there and keep you there for long at least not in most countries. Those who stay reluctantly do so for other reasons and are just playing along to get along. We need to save the people that want to be saved. We need to move on and take the learning experience to the next relationship, stay committed and share our story of why we do what we do. You can only help those that care and want out and trust that there must be a better way.

Another great point you made was about doing what you love and perhaps loving what you do. I love helping people and helping them overcomes their obstacles. I love making things better. I take pride in helping people be in a better place than I found them. When we have ideas and plans in our head we need to bring them to life we can't get stuck before or right after the creation part. You need to realize that they are there for a reason. They are a gift from life. In a perfect life you would get done all the ones that are important to the core of your being. You would get them done in their order of importance and maturity. In a perfect life we fulfill the inherited, earned and learned purpose of our mind, body and soul. It’s like having children. Most people don't realize that their dedication is judged in raising their children not in just being willing to give up their freedom and choosing to have them and then just having them. You don't bring children into this world to turn them over to someone else to raise or to turn them out at 18. That is a social machine. You are just feeding the system without even knowing it. If you think you can justify it by doing that. Don't. You would be only contributing if you do everything possible from your first breath until your last breath to make them wonderful, fulfilled, loving, caring and confident human beings. Anyway back to ideas, creating things and leaving everything better than you find it. After creation of an idea the tendency is to think the rest of the motivation is mostly about power and money. That is when the spiritual being in us wants to stop and may not want to follow through. We say it’s created or it’s conceived. I am done. Now I have to raise it and grow it. No way. It exists. Next! Not quite just yet. Same goes for beginning of marriage or any relationship. The work is just starting. Only you can take it to the next level. It is not truly living, nurtured and vital until you get your creation so it can survive and blossom on its own.

In my case I love finding things that I can make better and helping people with learning that they can have a functional and fulfilling relationship with their wealth. I need to stick it out and reach out despite the rejection, disappointment and the denial I see. I need to put my self in their position and the reasons that they have become so complacent, bitter and/or numb about their wealth and unconditionally surrendered to those who manage it. I need share my sincerity. I need to seek and work with like minded people that can see through me, appreciate my dedication and that choose to place their trust in me. You can't help those that have totally surrendered to a predatory and dysfunctional environment or to those that have lost faith in the possibility of a better way for them to be served..

When I began down this path I had a lifetime of lessons that helped lead me here.  Becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher was just the beginning. I started meeting people and taking classes. I realized that I needed to learn more. This course offered me the knowledge and the tools I needed to help not only myself but others.

As you make your way through this course, their will be moments of epiphany. Changes in your life, your thoughts, and your being. It makes life lessons easier to understand and accomplish.

There are many important lessons in this course. One I found to be life-changing is when you look at things in your lifetime. Things that hurt or made you angry. Or maybe things you may have done. When you can learn to forgive yourself and others. It can be a very freeing experience. This tool is very important in these times and throughout your life.

I learned a new and fun way to meditate and to communicate on a more spiritual level. Creating roses to help communicate or get answers was interesting. Blowing them up was fun also. I can't tell you how many roses I've created and destroyed.

Manifesting is an awesome tool to learn also. It didn't take long before I realized things that I had manifested were happening. For example, I had asked to make more money, so I could pay bills and to be able to continue my education. I didn't ask for money to drop into my lap. But for my job to have increased business, so I could earn the extra money. Business has increased and I now have the extra income I needed. Not only did I benefit but the owner and my fellow employees did too.

This course has allowed me to grow spiritually and personally.  It also has given me the tools to help my children, friends, and on occasions people I just met. This is what I consider to be a wonderful blessing.

Another gift from this course is this statement. God loves you. You were created by perfection, in perfection, for perfection. Your success is guaranteed. It's more than just a catchy phrase. It's a powerful affirmation. Saying it to yourself feels great. When you can feel it and believe it  - anything becomes possible. This also means it goes for everyone else too.

This makes you think. Especially when you've been hurt or gotten angry at someone. You realize God loves them too. You become a better person. You look at things in a different way.

I really have enjoyed this course. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to grow personally and spiritually. You receive the tools to help yourself and others. As for me I found this course to be life altering in every aspect. It has enriched and enlightened my life.

Spirit Quest Final Project

Spirit Quest is truly a remarkable course. It presents many tools and offers ways to use them that are both practical and simple. The results, however, and anything but simple – they are in fact quite profound. Of the many tools that were presented, I found two that I believe are most effective for me. These two tools are grounding cords and mock-ups.

The grounding cords were used for just that purpose – grounding. When negative or unwanted energies presented themselves, a grounding cable was to be dropped from the back of the head straight down into the earth. All of the negativity that was present was to be funneled down this passageway all the way down to the centre of the earth where it is burned up my the molten core of the planet.

For me, the trick was to recognize exactly where the need to use a grounding cord arose. Often times, when negative energy presents itself, it is hard to really focus on the notion of a grounding cord. But, with practice and results, I would suddenly think to myself “Hey! It is time to ground out this energy”, and I would drip the grounding cable and send the negativity straight down the cable into the waiting blast furnace. By burning away the negativity, it is dissipated; by bringing in a golden sun directly thereafter, any residual negativity that falls on us is burned away, transmuted, and purified.

Interestingly enough, there is, in my mind, a relationship between the molten blast furnace in the earth and the golden sun. They both really do the same thing, however, in one case we send things to be transmuted – in the other, we call the transmutation down upon ourselves for the same end.

Mock-ups are by far the most important tool in the Spirit Quest collection of wonders. The premise, as I understand it, is that if we can picture something in our mind’s eye, we energize it in such a way that it actually has potential. When we release that potential into the universe, we send it like a seed unto the winds until it finds fertile ground.

On a number of occasions, I used this technique to either help with projects I was undertaking at the time or to help with projects that are yet to begin. For example, in a job interview situation, where benefits or salaries are going to be discussed, mock-ups are best done before hand to try to “direct” the negotiations, once they commence. The most important thing is that one must picture it and then let it go. To dwell on it is to hold it back and then it will go nowhere.

The mock-up itself can be used in a variety of situations, and is very powerful. It is proof that Spirit moves in mysterious ways. The other interesting component is that the mock-up must have, at some level, a connection with the physical world. Can it be that our minds can affect the world around us? Seemingly so – it is hard to believe, but, I believe.

These are but two examples of the richness found in Spirit Quest. Each week was a different way of experiencing Spirit and deeper forays into the Spirit Quest that we all undertake when we look to further ourselves and our education. From chakras to time, to reincarnation, to many points along the way, this course is a wealth of practical exercises and essential information. Though the course is over and I feel that I have lost a good friend, the lessons will stay with me for a very long time.

To initiate this discussion of spiritual tools I am going to regress to a need for such an understanding. All of the things I am going to say here are postulation, my understanding to date, hence, quest, Spirit Quest. We start with an awakening of self-awareness; at this stage our understanding is stimulus and response. Next we move to social awareness, trade, getting along without merely grabbing and running or beating and taking.

During these first two stages we have started to recognize that we are able to manipulate the environment around us to our benefit this gives rise to physical tools and all manor of physical fabrication. In these earlier periods of growth we began to recognize that some things that we tried worked and others didn't, this gave rise to the concepts of right and wrong, the law and justice, the accumulation of knowledge, aesthetics (the critique of taste and technique, that which is beautiful and pleasing or is not). While moving through this growth we began to see that there were and are forces that we don't understand or mystify us these forces that seem to control both cause and effect, acting on and in a medium undefined by our physical knowledge and reason. Is it an external agent or emanated from within or both for we both seem to be in control and the out of control. Spirit is intuited and recognized, but what is it and where is it? The quest began as time went by we began to recognize that pretty much all of the above is true, it is both internal and external simultaneously, we are individual and a part of the whole in the broadest sense. We are both in and out of Control.

The Sages through the ages tell us faith and Grace is the key to this control, a topic for another conversation. Beyond faith and grace is the word (spoken or unspoken concept, imagination) and action (ritual) "actions speak louder than words". The word precedes action. So what does this have to do with Spirit, Control and tools? The tools are the outcome of generations of listening to the word and experiencing (including observing) the out come of the generated action. This may be a state of grace.

These statements direct us to the tools, which are to implement and explore the effect we as energetic facets of the whole, can exert as a change agent on our being experience. The tools embody the word and its conversion to experience, i.e. Matter. Some of these tools include:

· Goals, direction and focus.

· Forgiveness, the release of previous burdens to explore new possibilities.

· Meditation, getting in contact with the energy we have to work with.

· Grounding, a first step in directing the energy we have come to recognize.

· The Center of the Head, a safe house and command station to work out of.

· The Trap Door, another look at energetic burdens and their release.

· Golden Suns, starting the use of active movement of that energy.

· Little sticky Suns and roses, protection Roses, Blowing up Roses, more clearing of the work surface.

· Spiritual Hellos

· Mock ups

· Amusement

· Chakra

· Glass Body

My favorite of these tools thus far, are meditation with grounding, bringing in the golden suns the center of the head, workspace, with the trapdoor, to allow others to leave by, the little sticky suns and sticky roses and blowing up roses. All of these tools are of a clearing and releasing nature, which it seems at this time, is what I need the most. Using other clearing tool from various different disciplines I had discovered years ago that we are many layers of energies values and beliefs that have shaped out outcomes, but all of the tools seem to have a effective lifespan of usefulness or that certain tools are useful for some issues and in effective for others. Through the use the little sticky suns I found that I could remove my energy from places or people in the distant past even of those that have been long since deceased. Maybe due to the possible simultaneity of existence this all makes some sort of sense.

As for the tools for manifesting I have only scratched the surface with little effectiveness. It might have to do with focus of direction or level of visualization, imagination or depth of meditation. It occurred to me that perhaps as our strengths in these areas develop, along with the release or our anchors and small successes are recognized, our expectations turn more to the desired outcome and we gain the faith the sages speak of, a faith with works and mountains moved.

The quest continues on.

I have never been any good at writing essays. I just finish the Spirit Quest course an thanks to your lessons on meditation an spiritual healing I have been able to control my pain .I have had chronic back pain since 1974 when I got hurt on the job an was paralyze from the waists down with the help of your lessons I have cut my pain pills from two pills six times a day to two pills twice a day I practice my meditation exercise for an hour a day an fine it very relaxing .Thanks for the great lessons an look forward to take more courses in the future .

This course has been extremely helpful. It has taken me quite a few weeks to get through all of the discourses. Each one that I received came at the right time. The last 2 years have been extremely difficult and emotional for me. Without learning how to use the Grounding Cord, Golden Sun, and Blowing Up Roses I can only imagine how terribly difficult these past years would have been.

December 2005 I lost my Maternal Grandmother. At the time of her passing my family and I were not on very good terms. I was hurt emotionally and wounded by some things my parents had said about my parenting and my children and other awful things that were said. I bought right into it and felt hurt and angry for a long time. I made it through her funeral by putting on a happy face and pretending everything was alright. I didn’t have the tools needed to really make it alright.

I started this discourse and began meditating and learning how to ground myself and clean my energy and recollect my energy. That was so great to be able to reclaim and detach from people whom I had left emotional energy cords attached.

Then in January 2006 my father was given 6 to 9 months to live. He had been battling cancer for a year and the chemotherapy hadn’t done what it was supposed to do. In fact the cancer was spreading again. I was able to work through my emotional garbage with my parents by using the tools in this discourse. I blew up a lot of roses, created healing energy and even practice my healing techniques on my father.

The greatest lesson I learned was to find a neutral zone. In staying in my neutral zone I was able to watch my family interact, deal with the things that needed to be taken care of, not get sucked into the family dysfunction, and I was able to watch his passing with acceptance and peace. My father passed away in November, 2005.

In June 2005 my Father-In-Law was diagnosed with an aggressive pancreatic cancer. The Doctor said that there was nothing that could be done because of the rare form he had. My Father-in-law was given weeks to months to live. My husband and I took turns taking care of him during the first part of the week and my husband’s siblings were to come and care for him on the later days in the week.

I want to let you know that I saw many miracles happening here. Each time my husband and I went off duty my father-in-law would be sent back into the hospital for care. The hospital would stabilize him and send him home just in time for our shift to start again. I mentioned this to my father and he said that it was because my energy was so healing. I believe he was right. I tried to hold the energy in his room and ground myself. I guess I just couldn’t hold the energy without being there. My father-in-law passed away in September 2005.

With both of our families I was able to sit back and watch as if I was in the audience. Without this discourse I don’t think I would have been able to see how wonderfully their passings were orchestrated. I was able to celebrate their lives and now I have a better understanding of spirit, souls, reincarnation and emotional and healing energy.

I will continue to use the information I learned in these spirit quest discourses. I have grown leaps and bounds emotionally. I am not having any trouble with my family anymore. I don’t get lit up and when I do get whacked by them it doesn’t matter. I am able to see the emotional pain that they are in and I don’t have to be a part of it.

When I want to say hello or send a message I don’t need to pick the phone up anymore. I just send it out in bubbles. It is amazing how well this works. The first time I tried this technique I sent a hello out to everyone that I could think of. The next week was really busy answering the phone and replying to email messages. I think everyone I sent a bubble to responded. I have since paced myself.

Thank you so much for your teachings. I know I will be checking back to these discourses. Each time I read them I see and hear something I didn’t before.
